Work Rule: Calling On and Calling Off

Attn:  Local 280 Members It has been brought to our attention that some employees are not adhering to the established work rule regarding calling on & off of work. Please be advised that  Work Rule #8 states it is mandatory for all members on any work list, including those at satellite facilities or racetracks, to call on and off. 30-Minute Meal Breaks

These are the projected insurance qualifiers for 2026  benefits. These are estimated qualifiers only!   The 2026 Annual H&W Insurance requirement is 85% of all LIVE racing days/nights:   Days : 161 @ 85% Live Racing Days = 137 Days required Nights : (Including Quarter Horse and Harness Nights) 120 @ 85% Live Racing = 102 Nights required
