Current Opt Out Payments to Eligible Members

At the contract ratification meeting on May 5, 2026, we discussed the terms of the proposed tentative agreements, which included a reduction to the Health & Welfare opt-out payments from 50% to 30% of the employers’ CAP rate. Once the membership ratified the contract on May 12, 2026, the new terms went into effect retroactively to February 1, 2026. 2nd Half Dues Statements for 2026

Local 280's Dues Statements for the Second Half of 2026 were mailed to all members on June 12, 2026. If you paid for the entire year of 2026, you will not receive a statement. Per our Constitution & Bylaws, the Dues payments for the 2nd Half of 2026 ($263.00) are due on July 1, 2026 and are considered untimely (late) after July 31, 2026. All payments must be postmarked or received in our office by July 31, 2026 in order to avoid the $200.00 penalty fine. Credit & debit cards

February 1, 2026 Pay Increase

The February 1, 2026 pay increase of 3.5% went into effect as of the current payroll period of 5/10/2026 - 5/16/2026. (Paid on 5/21/26) The retroactive increase from 2/1/2026 to 5/9/2026 will be aggregated for each employee and paid as a separate payment in the near future. Once Management gives us that pay date, we will inform the membership.

Ratification Vote Results (5/12/2026)

CHRB Pari-Mutuel Licensing

Work Rule: Calling On and Calling Off
