Your Union Rights

All union members have the right to ask for Union representation when asked any questions which you believe may lead to any type of disciplinary action.

If you see a change on any work crew on the work list, please refer to the CREW ORDERS link under the 2023 Worklists section. That is the official source for Local 280 crew orders. If there are any changes in the work crews, they will be announced on the front page of the website and sent to all facilities. Thank you.

Management does not have to ask you if you want a Union Representative present.
