Ballots for the two CBA agreements were counted in the Duarte Office on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Both agreements were approved by the membership.

This CBA was ratified by a vote of the Membership:

YES: 186 NO: 23 ABSTAIN: 4

CBA Tentative Agreement with CARF, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, Los Alamitos Quarter Horse Racing Association, Los Alamitos Racing Association, Los Angeles County Fair, NCOTWINC, SCOTWINC, Sonoma County Fair and Watch & Wager (GREEN)

This CBA was ratified by a vote of the Membership:

YES: 186 NO: 24 ABSTAIN: 3
