Local 280 honors the memory of our past President, Joe Stellino, who passed away recently. He was a dedicated Union brother who devoted his time during his terms in office to representing the brothers and sisters of the Pari-Mutuel Employees Guild of California, Local 280.



Joe Stellino served three consecutive terms as President of Local 280 from 1986 - 1995 and prior to that, he served two consecutive terms on the Executive Board from 1980 - 1986 and two more consecutive terms from 2013 - 2019. We are truly thankful for his dedication to our Union.

 
 
2026 Dues Statements Mailed

Local 280's 2026 Dues Statements were mailed to all Active members on December 11, 2025. Per our Constitution & Bylaws, the Dues payments for the 1st Half of 2026 ($263.00) are due on January 1, 2026
