One-Time Disability Exemption

If you qualified for the H&W benefit (insurance) for 2022 but you were unable to qualify for 2023 coverage due to a medical disability or under the Family Medical Leave Act, please contact our office. You may be eligible to receive the One-Time Disability Exemption.
